¾ and full figure multiple subjects are priced at ¾ above quotes, each Framing is not included. Prices do not include sales tax.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

	$250 for lace, elaborate jewelry or fancy clothing
	$500 to $2,500 for background other than simple vignette, depending on the complexity and size of the painting
	Paintings larger than 1,200 square inches (30x40, for example) will be charged an additionsl $3 per square inch

TERMS ARE

	20% down payment at initial planning session
	Full payment upon completion of work
	Client has one week from delivery of portrait to request minor changes
	Unusally large or complex portraits may require a second payment (30%) midway through the project
